The 501 Queen Streetcar route is the longest surface route in North America AND one of the longest in the world! This line runs approximately 24.8 kilometres (15.4 miles) traversing Toronto from the east-west. You will go through countless distinct Toronto neighbourhoods and experience the many faces of Toronto. Our tour will visit 6 neighbourhoods & 6 stops! Ding ding….time to hop aboard!

Join us on this very distinct tour showcasing the best in Canadian food and twists on food which make something very Canadian. We will be taking you to 5-7 food merchants and have you discover a few neighbourhoods while having the chance to ride the TTC, giving you a true Canadian experience (TTC day pass included in the price). You will leave this tour with an understanding of distinct Canadian foods and where to find the best of Canadian food in the city.

Fresh off of an international food journalist press tour, we are taking you on the tour that the food writers experienced…the Foodies on Foot Insider Favourites Food Tour. Everyone loves having an insider. A person that can take them to the hidden gems that only a local industry insider knows. Come with us as we take you to some of our favourite gourmet and specialty food stores and discover many of the distinct neighbourhoods we frequent daily. We will be taking you to 5-7 food merchants and have you discover a few neighbourhoods while having the chance to ride the TTC (daily TTC pass included in the price). This tour is constantly changing, as, we have several favourites in different neighbourhoods, so, no two tours are exactly alike. We will send you the meeting point a few days before the tour begins. This is the tour equivalent of a secret supper club, you never know what to expect!

This “Insanewich!” food tour will take you to our favourite hangouts in the city where you will taste and savour sandwiches from land and sea. This tour is totally dedicated to the art of the sandwich. You will visit and devour meats that have been marinated from 24 hours – 3 days. This tour promises to include menu items that are slow cooked, sloppy, and stacked with meat. The only prerequisite is plenty of napkins, two hands and maybe a fork. Come with us as we explore some of our favourite gourmet and specialty food stores and discover a few distinct Toronto neighbourhoods on this walking tour. We will walk through 2 neighbourhoods, stopping into 5-6 food shops/restaurants, as we pick up goodies to fill our picnic basket. With a bit of nibbling along the way, as you will not be able to resist, we end the tour with a beautiful picnic in the park to enjoy the delicious creations we picked up from the best food shops and restaurants in the area.

Formerly the largest distillery in the world, the old Gooderham and Worts Distillery has been converted into a historic and entertainment district in the heart of the city. Retaining the old distillery buildings and cobblestone streets, the production of alcohol has been replaced with trendy restaurants, cafes, a microbrewery, and artisanal shops in the old heritage buildings of the district. Come taste your way around this historic district with us.
